Hi, I’m Jim!

Software engineer with 9+ years of professional experience across fintech, real estate software, non-profit and startups.

My first degree was in Accounting. I became a software engineer anyway and spent a decade building things professionally at JPMorgan Chase, Lone Wolf Technologies, Thorlabs and Upventur (acquired).

I’m currently finishing a second Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at UT Dallas, focused on AI/ML and cybersecurity, graduating May 2027. Although I will consider full-time opportunities if the right one comes along.

I’m also a Fellow in the Break Through Tech AI Program, where I chose the Agentic AI Cyber Red Team specialization. My goal is to move into a role that mixes ML engineering and cybersecurity.
